In a bid to cater for the growing demand for flexible working spaces, Regus, the global providers of workplace solutions has opened two new business centres in Nairobi.
The first business centre offers a letting space of 786 square metres and will be located at Fortis tower in Westlands. The other is located at Victoria court along state house road, and has a letting space of 550 square meters.
“Nairobi is a global hot spot for entrepreneurship as well as business tourism. Consultancies and start-ups in these spheres are in turn looking for office solutions that will avoid long, fixed leases and other occupancy costs such as hiring a receptionist or buying furniture which can be a strain on budgets.” said Joanne Bushell, Regus Kenyan manager.
Flexible office spaces offer tenants high quality spaces with all necessary facilities as and when needed by these users, letting enterprises utilize financial resources on their core businesses.
