Lava, the Indian multi-international handset company has launched its operations in the Kenyan market, as it also launched its low cost feature phones and smartphones. As part of its global expansion strategy, Lava products boast end-to-end control over its life cycle entailing both manufacture and assembly as well as recognition of who its typical target market is. Vikram Singh Parman, chief executive officer, Lava Africa noted the firm realises the role media plays in innovation and its vision is to make valuable technology accessible to people.
