Cytonn’s Sh2.5b investment to focus on residential homes in Karen

Cytonn Real Estate – the development affiliate of Cytonn investments – has launched a Sh2.5 billion residential development in Nairobi’s Karen area. The project dubbed Applewood is located on Miotoni Road. “Applewood was inspired by the success of our flagship development Amara Ridge in Karen,” said Cytonn Chief Executive Edwin Dande during the project’s launch yesterday. Recently the firm completed a Sh 1 billion development in Karen known as Amara Ridge.
